The daughter of Sharkbite was coming off an unlucky run being caught wide at the track in her previous start. This time round she drew the inside gate and was backed from $4.8 into $3.5 to start as the race favourite. After an okay jump she mustered early speed to slot in just behind the leader. Rounding the home turn she pushed out to make her run and proved to strong for her competition winning by a margin of 1L.

Michael’s Comments: “Extremely proud of this little filly. She has now won two metro races from only four starts this preparation which, is extremely hard to do. She never puts in a bad run and is continuing to improve. She puts everything into her runs so she will now goto the paddock for a few weeks for a short freshen up.”
